Return & Refund Policy

At MoreLifeCare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods or health/hygiene products that have been opened
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@morelifecare.pk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@morelifecare.pk.
